Sitowise has acquired the entire share capital of Swedish Karlsson & Segelström Construct AB. The acquisition will make Sitowise one of Sweden's leading precast design companies.

Karlsson & Segelström Construct AB specializes in precast design and is the leading structural design company in the housing sector in Örebro, currently employing 16 structural designers. Its turnover was approximately SEK 34 million in 2018.

Karlsson & Segelström Construct AB will be merged with Byggnadstekniska Byrån Sverige AB, Sitowise's Swedish subsidiary. This is a strategically important step for both companies and part of Byggnadstekniska Byrån Sverige AB 's action plan, where Örebro is a goal for geographical expansion. Expansion in Scandinavia is also a key part of Sitowise’s strategy.

We believe that Byggnadstekniska Byrån Sverige AB 's broader experience of for example hospitals combined with Karlsson & Segelström Construct AB's strong local presence will allow expansion in structural engineering in the Örebro area.
