Infracontrol Online - make a city smart

Infracontrol Online is a smart city platform cloud service that combines IoT data, citizen feedback and infrastructure management and reporting into a single entity. Infracontrol Online is used by cities such as Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, and more than 160 municipalities of all sizes have already chosen the service to improve the condition of their city infrastructure.

Infracontrol Online generates tickets from fault reports and feedback. The automated control of the service forwards the tickets to the right person or organisation for action. Maintenance staff such as operational staff, contractors and customer service have access to a simple view of active and closed alerts, restricted by access rights. Notifications can be sorted and filtered according to need, making it quick and easy to view notifications for a user or organisation.

Each notification on the map contains information on location, the urgency of the action and a more detailed description of the notification. The item can be opened directly on the map for more detailed information, making it easier to work in the field, for example.

Infracontrol Online makes it faster and easier to receive and respond to notifications of infrastructure maintenance needs through automation and digitalisation. The service also delivers cost savings and increases occupant satisfaction by improving the efficiency of the maintenance process in areas such as planning, repairs, monitoring and documentation. Currently, more than 120 000 alarm points are connected to the service. Infracontrol Online is connected to a wide range of technical systems, from simple SMS alarm units to complex systems. Virtually all systems are compatible and more than 60 different systems are already connected to the service. Various IoT sensors can be used to monitor the condition and functionality of infrastructure in real time and to anticipate future maintenance needs.
