We have developed a unique solution that revolutionizes the assessment of carbon neutrality in land use projects, highlighting the climate impact and enabling climate-smart decisions.
Planect was created within the Low-Carbon Assessment Method for Zoning Plans (AVA) project, in partnership with a network of 15 Finnish municipalities. Dozens of climate impact assessments have been conducted with Planect since its launch in May 2024.
The method development also considers the definition of a Carbon-Neutral Built Area by the Green Building Council Finland.
