Daniel Doeser will bring to Sitowise strong industry and leadership experience and track record of growing business profitably by focusing on digitalization and renewing ways of working. We have now a solid platform in Sweden and ambitious target setting for the future. I believe Daniel is an excellent person to drive us forward, says Heikki Haasmaa, CEO of Sitowise.
Currently Sitowise is among top 20 technical consultants in Sweden, providing services in buildings, infrastructure, and digital solutions. Services include e.g. building construction engineering, geotechnical design, and complex technical installations. Sitowise employs 350 experts in 12 locations in Sweden. The digital solutions part of the business operates under its own entity, Infracontrol AB.
Sitowise published a new strategy in the beginning of 2023. The company's vision Redefining Smartness in Cities points to the need of developing future living environments to respond to major global changes. Strategy is built on three strategic pillars. The Most Innovative engages employees together with clients to innovate smart solutions that accelerate the industry transition. The Most Sustainable leads the company to explore new business opportunities and develop existing business more sustainable. The Most Efficient urges to provide best value for clients by optimizing the ways of working.
In Sweden, the company concentrates on further developing its strong foundation through Sitowise brand, culture, and smartest ways of working, and boosting organic growth and keeping eyes open for the further acquisition opportunities.
Sitowise's strategy to accelerate growth, especially in Sweden and in digital services, inspires me and drives me forward. I see Sitowise as a challenger in Sweden, with a significant growth potential. I bring with me experience in building Nordic growth, strengthening and expanding the business, and an understanding of the industry, Daniel Doeser says.
Current Executive Vice President for Sweden, Jonas Larsson, joined the company in November 2021 and has led the team to create a foundation and a position for Sitowise in Sweden. During the last 2.5 years seven different entities were merged and re-branded as Sitowise while the company continued to grow organically and via acquisitions.
I would like to thank Jonas for the passion, drive, and determination to build the Sitowise brand, organization and growing the business. There has been a clear shift during the last couple of years in how we are perceived by our clients, and it is great to see our passionate experts ready to capture further opportunities, Heikki Haasmaa says.
Jonas Larsson will continue in his position until the end of April, and Daniel Doeser will start on 1 May 2024.
