Sitowise strengthens its electrical design expertise in Sweden with an acquisition. E60 Elkonsult AB, located in Norrtälje, is a long-term expert organization in electrical design that employs 10 people. Sitowise has grown rapidly in Sweden over the past two years, and the latest acquisition complements the organization with strong expertise, a committed customer base and diverse projects.

Founded in 1997, E60 Elkonsult AB's core competencies are design and consulting, as well as research and inspection services. The company’s has  a diverse reference range from apartments and office buildings to industrial buildings as well as public properties, such as schools, libraries, theaters and sports premises.

The acquisition is Sitowise's seventh in Sweden. Currently, Sitowise employs a total of 300 experts in Sweden, and the company has continuously diversified its service offering in the market. Sitowise offers structural and geotechnical design and consulting, HVAC and electrical design, infrastructure design and digital solution services. In the spring of 2022, the Group launched the Sitowise brand in Sweden and the intention is to integrate the Swedish subsidiaries even stronger to be part of the Sitowise Group.

In the transaction, Sitowise acquires the entire share capital of E60 Elkonsult AB. Per Leijon and other personnel will continue in their current positions.
