Sitowise has acquired LandPro Oy, which specialises in land acquisition tasks for infrastructure projects, land acquisition tasks for solar and wind power projects, and environmental impact assessment and permit procedures for sea-area projects.
With the acquisition of LandPro, Sitowise will be able to provide a more comprehensive service around infrastructure and energy projects and permit entities.
The acquisition provides an opportunity to expand and develop services for a diverse customer base, including state and municipal authorities as well as domestic and international companies. The acquisition supports the development opportunities of experts in a wide range of expert and planning services in the fields of environment, sustainable development and urban development.
