Sitowise Leadership Academy promotes the implementation of strategy and a unified coaching leadership style.
The Sitowise Leadership Academy is a training program implemented in collaboration between Sitowise and Aalto EE, designed to support the implementation of Sitowise’s strategy.
The first iteration of the Sitowise Leadership Academy was completed in September 2024. Shortly thereafter, the second iteration of the program was launched.
The first iteration received very positive feedback from participants. They found the program useful and inspiring, helping them better understand the significance of the strategy and its practical implementation.
The Sitowise Leadership Academy consists of four modules covering strategic and cultural leadership, sales-oriented thinking, the future of business, and coaching leadership. These modules aim to develop participants' strategic and coaching leadership skills. This supports Sitowise’s long-term goals and a value-based everyday worklife, while also promoting a unified leadership approach across the organization.
