Coordination of the Finnoo area building

Finnoo's area construction project between Espoonlahti and Matinkylä will develop a district of 17,000 residents. Over the next decade, it will be built into an urban maritime settlement with services with good public transport connections next to the metro.

Since 2017, we have supported the City of Espoo in the implementation and management of an extensive and diverse area construction project. The comprehensive project coordination service we offer includes, among other things, information management, maintenance of situational pictures, maps and schedules, as well as planning and interaction of working arrangements.

The main role in the coordination work is played by coordination and phasing, as well as the facilitation of various meetings. The implementation of the Hanke-extranet established in Sitowise's Louhi service has played an important role in the coordination work. The Louhi service manages Finnoo's project's spatial data and planning materials and distributes them to the different project parties and, in particular, anticipates coordination needs and potential risks. The tool also serves as an illustration tool and support for decision-making.
