We implemented a map service for the City of Vantaa. In terms of data content, Finland's most extensive municipal map service provides map-based information on, for example, pending town plans, vacant business plots, park-and-ride facilities, waiting times at health centres and planned municipal construction and renovation projects.

Vantaa's map service is based on the latest version of Sitowise's Louhi system, which also made the introduction of 3D functionalities possible. In the renewed map service, it is now also possible to view buildings in three dimensions.

The user interface of the map service we have implemented is responsive. All the functionalities of the map service can therefore be used smoothly also on mobile devices

In addition to the public map service, the internal network service serving Vantaa's official activities and utilising the same technology was also renewed.
