Sitowise aims for a significant position in the Nordic countries as a versatile built environment expert. The Group has grown rapidly in Sweden over the past two years, and the latest acquisition will diversify the company's services in the country.

Founded in November 2015, Mavacon Mark & ​​VA Consult AB is a 13-employee company with core competencies in consulting, technical studies and design services for road, land, water, sewer, and urban runoff projects. The company's customers are municipalities, municipal companies, and private operators for whom Mavacon has carried out projects widely in the whole country, from Malmö to Östersund.

Sitowise has made five acquisitions in Sweden during the recent years. Group’s subsidiary Byggnadstekniska Byrån (BTB) AB employs 180 structural and geotechnical experts and Technology for Infrastructure projects Sweden (TFIP) AB employs 70 building technology experts, working mainly for large underground infrastructure projects.
