Sitowise has acquired Livair Oy – a company founded in 1990 and based in Espoo – who provide planning and consulting services related to HPAC engineering.
– Livair is a respected company, whose expertise perfectly complements our service offering. We have collaborated on projects before and want to provide a productive growth environment for Livair’s expertise, says Timo Palonkoski, director of Sitowise’s Buildings business area.
Livair has extensive experience in HVAC design and consulting for both new and renovation building sites, as well as line renovations. The company has acted as a design partner e.g. in HOAS Mäkelänrinne, Ajurien talli, Sjökulla learning center, Ruskeasanta Sorttiasema, Inkoo library and Mankkaan Varikko sites, and in several residential line renovation and new construction projects.
