The governance of the company complies with the Company’s Articles of Association, Finnish legislation, in particular the Finnish Companies Act, the Accounting Act, securities markets regulations and other decrees and regulations relevant to the governance of a public limited liability company. Furthermore, the company’s operations are guided by values and internal operating principles ratified by the company.
In its governance, the company also complies with the Securities Market Association’s Finnish Corporate Governance Code 2025 for Finnish listed companies, which is publicly available at www.cgfinland.fi. Sitowise complies with the recommendations of the Finnish Corporate Governance Code without exception.
