Sitowise Group Plc’s annual reporting package 2022 has been published

Sitowise Group Plc’s annual reporting package 2022 has been released. The package contains the Annual Report and Sustainability Report, the Board of Directors’ Report, Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report for the financial period 1 January – 31 December 2022, Corporate Governance Statement, and Remuneration Statement. Sitowise published the Financial Statements in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements.

The Sustainability Report includes emission calculations and also information in accordance with EU Taxonomy Regulation. Sitowise has set a goal to be carbon neutral by 2025.

The annual reporting package 2022 is published in Finnish and English, with the Annual Report and Sustainability Report being an exception and published only in Finnish at this stage. Sitowise will publish the Annual Report and Sustainability Report in English during week 14 (the week starting on 3 April 2023).

The published annual reporting material is attached to this release and will be available at www.sitowise.com/annual-report-2022 after the Annual and Sustainability Report is released. The remuneration statement has been published at www.sitowise.com/investors/governance/remuneration and attached to this release.
